What an inquiry collects

Your name, email address, optional organization, inquiry type, message and privacy acknowledgement are sent to the server-side contact service. A request reference and timestamp are recorded after storage succeeds.

How information is used

Inquiry information is used to understand and respond to your request. It is stored privately in Cloud Firestore through a server-side Firebase function. Browser access to inquiry and delivery records is denied. An email notification may be sent to the configured team recipient; the website does not claim email delivery.

Security and spam prevention

The service validates input, limits message length and uses a honeypot and server-side rate limiting. A secret-keyed hash of a network address is used for a short-lived rate-limit bucket; raw addresses are not stored in inquiry records. The service exposes no public inquiry-list endpoint.

Retention and requests

The service operator must set and publish an operational retention period before launch, restrict access and maintain private backups. A final retention period and owner contact address have not yet been supplied. Use the contact form for an access or deletion inquiry once the service is configured.

Children and research data

Do not submit children’s names, photographs or sensitive learner information through the form. This website does not ask for camera or microphone permission, run a learner recognition model or collect educational performance data.

Website storage

Optional visitor statistics are currently disabled. This website does not start Google Analytics collection or display a statistics preferences control. It has no account system. The hosting provider may maintain operational logs to serve and secure the website.
